Peggy Chu serves as a Senior Chinese Assistant to the Firm. Her  primary job responsibilities concentrate on the coordination and support of Firm's communication and relationship with the local Chinese communities and assistting the attorneys and partners of the Firm in all cases involving Chinese speaking clients from Taiwan, Mainland China, Hongkong and other parts of the world.

Herbert Joe, Esq., registered patent attorney, is a Board Certified Forensic Audio/Video Examiner with 5 degrees, including 3 science degrees (B.S., M.A., M.S. [Cybersecurity]), 2 law degrees (J.D., LL.M.) and 3 law licenses (TX, OK, USPTO).

Ana Marie Terry is an experienced immigration legal assistant with over 12 years of continuous hands-on experience assisting in all aspect of immigration matters from employment based to family based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions as well as removal and deportation litigation cases.

Becky L. Yu received her first law degree from China University of Political Science & Law in Beijing, 1985 and her advanced LL.M graduate law degree from the Southern Methodist University in Dallas, 2000. She has a broad range of diversified legal background including Assistant DA in successful felony prosecution of 3 death penalty cases, general counsel for a major international company responsible for the company's all inhouse legal matters including international trade, joint ventures, trademark, and other internal and external legal affairs for over 7 years.  She started her legal focus on the special field of the ever changing US immigration laws in 1991.

Abraham C. Yu, although not a Texas licensed attorney, is a true law scholar and a leading expert on international matters with profound knowledge in many areas of laws, with China business and US immigration laws in particular, thanks to his over 40 years of diversified international work experience combined with an impressive educational background which includes advanced graduate training in international banking & financing from University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) in 1992, MBA in international business management studies from UTD in 1993 and two LL.M. advanced graduate law degrees from the Southern Methodist University in Dallas (Int’l Comparative Laws, 2000) and from China University of Political Science & Law in Beijing (Environment Law, 1987), among others.
