infoThe latest October 2007 Visa Bulletin published by the Department of State indicates, among other things, the good news and that is the continued availability of visa numbers in the 1st & 2nd employment based (EB-1 & 2) cases, for most countries with the only exceptions of beneficiaries from China (Mainland Born) and India.   The bad news is EB-3 cases for ALL countries worldwide, including China (Mainland Born), India, Mexico and Philippines, are still backlogged for 5 to 6 years.
