We just learned that the Chairwoman of the US House Subcommittee on Immigration, Citizenship, Refugees, Border Security & International Law, Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren, has sent an inquiring letter to the USCIS on July 11, 2007, demanding the USCIS to provide her office within 3 days for review all the documentation and internal communications regarding the decision process in the unprecedented request to DOS for employment based visa bulletin revision and the consequential rejection of the I-485 filings for the month of July 2007.
